Whether you want to shoot a short film, record a training video, or simply document your vacation or child’s first steps, this class is made for you!

Video 101 is an Introductory Class that teaches new techniques to start using the video mode of your DSLR. The Video capabilities of your DSLR are now better than most video cameras that are meant for solely that. Once you are introduced and comfortable with it, you will have a fully loaded weapon around your neck, catching every photo and funny memory with camera and video! No more shaky videos! The purpose of this meetup is to learn useful techniques to improve your image taking abilities, and get a first-hand insight into the world of DSLR video. Class time will be spent on covering the various aspect of videography with great tips and techniques to help make your story powerful!

After this class you will:

1. Know how to compose your image and deal with depth of field, movements or focal length.
2. Understand the video settings of your camera.
3. Get all the tips and tricks to create amazing videos!

*Please come with your camera (with video mode) fully charged, a pen, and paper.
