Community for Improving & Educating Photographers
This class will be well suited for serious photographers as well as foodies and food bloggers who simply want to learn to take the best possible food photos and enjoy a great meal with fellow photographers.
Join editorial food photographer Rob Andrew at The Wooden Spoon restaurant for a meal and 4 hour class in the fundamentals of food photography. You’ll both photograph and eat a meal prepared by Chef Jesse Paul to get the real life experience of shooting great food on location. The Wooden Spoon focuses on fresh, seasonal, local, farm-to-table recipes, as delicious as they are beautiful. Each student/guest will be served a prix fixe menu including an entree, a salad or appetizer and an adult beverage or soft drink to enjoy as part of the package. We will be shooting stand-in plates, while the plates to actually eat are being prepared.
Chef will discuss food preparation, styling and plating for the camera as well as be on hand to answer your cooking questions.
Rob brings years of experience shooting food for magazines, small businesses and brands. He will discuss:
