Coast Boulevard Park
Coast Boulevard Park is located in La Jolla near the tide pools. It is just south and adjacent to Cuiver Park. There are two picnic tables at the park where we will meet before going down to the tide pools.
The easiest way to get there is to follow Pearl street to the end and take a left on Coast Boulevard. Follow it to Coast Boulevard South and make a U-turn on Coast Boulevard.
Parking is on the street adjacent to the park. Please allow additional time to find a parking spot since it is a popular spot for many La Jolla locals. If you get lost or have any trouble please contact Daren Jaeger at (512) 775-9988.

Downtown Street Photography - State Street
We’ll start our Street Photography Session at the corner of State and Fir Street Downtown. Here we’ll use the small park to meet up and discuss the class overview and topics. Once we’re done with the essentials, we’ll start our street photography session with a walk towards Kettner Blvd. We’ll use this walk as a means of “warming up” and getting into the creative spirit. At the corner of India and C Street we’ll meet-up and discuss the challenges for the day as we prepare for our street photography main session down C Street. Our primary focus is the Italian Mercado or Farmers Market that runs for 5 blocks down from Union to just past India Street. At every block we’ll meet-up, go over what we learned and questions, and share good photos, and then we’ll set the next challenges. Lots to shoot and tons of people with the families, pets, and significant others. Type in 1789 State Street into your smart phone or mapping device to get to the general location.
